Review by Michael LaBossiere for Mini-VGA to TV S-Video and Composite Video Apple
Rating:
As with most Apple products, it does what it is supposed to do effectively and simply. In this case, it allows a Mac with a Mini-VGA port to output via S video or composite video.
I bought one for use with my G4 iBook, mainly to use it as a low-end “media center.” While the video is a bit fuzzy, it is quite usable.
Before buying this, be sure that it matches your Mac. Older models have the Mini-VGA ports while newer models do not. So, if you have a MacBook Air, this won’t work.
