This cable is a SCAM! This type of cable does not exist. HDMI is a digital signal. Component cables are analog. You need a very expensive box to convert the two. I am shocked that Amazon is letting this seller sell these cables. They do not work and will never work! It’s the laws of physics!

The item does not work. After several attempt, the seller promised to pay me back the full price. However, THEY DID NOT PAY. THEY GOT THE MONEY FOR NOTHING.

I purchased this HDMI to VGA cable to output the HDMI signal from my blu-ray DVD player to the VGA input on my plasma display and it doesn’t work.

Cable is fine. Unfortunately for what I am using it for requires an actual HDMI converter.

Shipping was quick and the product looks like it would do the trick, but it did not work with my Apple TV HDMI Out. I wanted to have the option to connect the AppleTV to a 24″ monitor I have in the office.
